The project consists of a 12,562 sqft tenant improvement in the second story of the new two story Scripps Park West office building.  The Project is located at 9685 Via Excelencia in Mira Mesa, just North of Miramar Road.  The project includes improvements including but not limited to metal stud partition walls, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, electric and low voltage wiring, flooring, glazing, doors, frames, hardware, painting, acoustical ceiling tile, and millwork.
