Assistant Superintendent / Superintendent: Superintendents oversee all field operations to ensure that self-performed and subcontracted work is in compliance with contract documents and on schedule. Superintendents also enforce safety and quality control policies among Watkins employees and subcontractors. Qualifications include eight years of experience constructing major projects.
