Jody Watkins brings his over two decades of construction experience to Watkins Landmark Construction. Over the past two decades, Jody has built Landmark projects on both the east and west coasts. Since forming Watkins Landmark Construction in October of 2004, Jody has built the company by hiring some of the best builders he has worked with throughout his career. The Watkins Landmark Construction team is dedicated to building your project safely, on time, under budget, and with a high level of custom quality.

Construction Management

In the role of construction manager, Watkins Landmark Construction provides a full range of services to assist clients during the planning, design, and construction phases of their project. Watkins Landmark Construction’s approach is to serve as an extension of our client's organization, complimenting their capabilities and representing their interests throughout the duration of the design, permitting and construction their project.

Design / Build and Custom Projects

Watkins Landmark Construction has established relationships with architects, engineers and consultants design phase of construction projects. We use these relationships to assemble design/build teams to meet specific requirements of each project. Watkins Landmark Construction partners with design/build subcontractors TO expedite the design and construction of your project. Assembling our design/build team early in the planning process results in a seamless transition between the design and construction phases of the project. Furthermore, it enhances our teams’ ability to execute the project in accordance with contract documents.
