Watkins Landmark Construction has been awarded the St. Patrick’s Parish School project in our hometown of Carlsbad, CA.
The project – located just east of the 5 Freeway on Pio Pico Drive – includes the ground-up construction of a new state-of-the-art 2-story K through 8 School structure, a new chapel, parking lot improvements, upgrades to the existing school grounds, and a number of onsite and offsite improvements.
St. Patrick’s Parish School will be our first of hopefully many projects with Peter Kruse, President of Kruse Development Services Group, Inc. This is another project where we will work in conjunction with Domusstudio Architecture and Stuart Engineering – both well-respected firms with which Watkins Landmark Construction has partnered in the past with great success.
