A Note From Jody
I founded Watkins Landmark Construction in San Diego in the fall of 2004. It was my goal to build a Southern Californian construction company that specializes in cutting-edge projects that leave a lasting impression on the client, end users and the surrounding community. Hence, the term “Landmark” in our company’s title. I wanted to bring my experience from working on such award-winning projects as Petco Park, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Pfizer Campus Biotech Research Buildings and the Pacific Athletic Club to my own company. Each of these projects required a custom level of quality done at the efficiency only a commercial contractor can obtain.
Since forming Watkins Landmark Construction, I have assembled a strong team of builders and staff that has the ability and desire to work on complex and intricate projects. I believe that our employees are the foundation of our success to date, and that the company is only as good as the people I hire. This belief has been proven correct time and again by the growth and accolades Watkins Landmark Construction has earned over the past decade.
There is nothing “general” about General Contracting. We’ve got to stay fluid, focused and on point. Our team finds fulfillment in successfully managing projects of all sizes to fruition. For over 12 years, Watkins Landmark Construction has treated every project as though it was our first. The stakes have never wavered. As our portfolio continues to grow and our company enjoys elevated prominence across our great state of California, we are careful to hold dear our company motto “Build To Serve.” In the end, nothing else matters.
We are most interested in learning how we can be of assistance on your upcoming projects. Whether it is providing assistance in developing an initial budget, or a comprehensive bid for construction, I think you will find our knowledge and service invaluable.
