This “Class A” commercial office building was Watkins Landmark Construction’s first large shell build. Featuring two floors atop a partially-subterranean parking structure, Watkins Landmark first managed the shell and core (steel frame and glass curtain wall system) and later provided support to a main tenant, Coffman Specialties. There’s an attractive natural stone facade and a unique subterranean water retention system, which collects rainwater and sparingly releases it when needed. A separate structure houses the Central Plant (air conditioning and water filtration) and effectively pipes it all into the main building.
