The Creekside Promenade is a 214-acre project located in the beautiful San Marcos Creek District of California. The apartments include a state-of-the-art community center, which consists of a learning center, a lavish kitchen, computer and business center, exercise facility, community room, media room, and more.
This project was completed in 2 phases. The first phase on the west end of the lot was 3-story buildings with retail spaces occupying the main floor on the street level. The second phase of this mixed-use community was the 6, 3 story buildings with the neighborhood amenities taking occupancy on the main floor.
