Collaborating on the esteemed Fairbanks Ranch was a highlight for Watkins Landmark Construction in 2012. We started with the demolition of the two existing (and antiquated) guardhouses, replacing them with modern ones that were well-proportioned to the expanded gateway. Speaking of gates, we replaced those as well, along with the controls, cameras, retaining walls, and surrounding climate-appropriate landscaping. The entire access road was widened and landscaped, albeit modestly, keeping with the natural feel already in place throughout Fairbanks Ranch.
