Nestled between two culinary giants, with an alfresco atmosphere for patio dining and bar, the Italiano deliciousness of Piero’s PizzaVino proved to be an absolute culinary genius as it ultimately turned the most tables with the smallest menu. Already a local favorite, Piero’s rocked the house with a casual ambiance combined with yummy gourmet pizza. It was the talk of the tourney. Yes, it is rumored that Jody James Watkins himself invested a fair amount of time at Piero’s patio bar talking with friends and clients about his Build to Serve philosophy.

Challenges
Getting the pizza oven into the small room, we had to put the pizza oven in first then the restaurant around the oven. Also, the area outside of the restaurant was a point of constant traffic on the job site, so that presented some challenges when putting in the outdoor bar.
Results
- Casual ambiance combined with delicious pizza.
- Had a nice bar to eat at that served drinks outside.
- A lot of seating outside on the upper deck provided a wonderful view of the Indian Wells campus.
