The St. Therese of Carmel Parking Lot Addition was a project located in the Southwest corner of the property. The site was approximately .82 acres and has been graded, paved, re-striped, and landscaped to allow for parking of approximately 63 cars, appropriate site drainage, and stormwater management. The existing Church facilities and Notre Dame Academy remained open during construction. The Prayer Garden Project is an addition to the existing Church and Private School Campus; and includes a grotto, retaining walls, landscaping, and associated site work.

Challenges
The church had a roll-up glass door in the marriage chapel. It took us a while to get that door to work and it gave us some issues. Also, before every weekend, we’d have to secure the site so they can use the Fellowship Hall for services.
Results
- A new .82 acre lot that can hold 63 cars.
- Also added were site drainage and stormwater management.
