This “Class A” commercial office building was Watkins Landmark Construction’s first large shell build. Featuring two floors atop a partially-subterranean parking structure, Watkins Landmark first managed the shell and core (steel frame and glass curtain wall system) and later provided support to the main tenant, Coffman Specialties. There’s an attractive natural stone facade and a unique subterranean water retention system, which collects rainwater and sparingly releases it when needed. A separate structure houses the Central Plant (air conditioning and water filtration) and effectively pipes it all into the main building.
