The Heights Subdivision

Project Description

This major infrastructure project took place in the sough-after environs of northeast Poway, California. In preparation for the luxury custom homes dotting the development, Watkins Landmark Construction provided water pipes and storm drains throughout the 200 acres.
Two pump stations, featuring a 10,000-gallon tank and a massive 500,000-gallon tank atop the mountain above the highest Heights. We also brought electricity, gas, telephone and T1 cable, and internet to each property line.
