Wolfgang Puck’s Spago

Project Description

Experience world-class dining in Wolfgang Puck’s award-winning Spago restaurant, featuring the best in California cuisine, Beverly Hills style, all while watching tennis with unprecedented views of Stadium 1.
This iteration of Puck’s world-famous Spago is a 100-seat marvel overlooking Center Court from the 300 level. Watkins Landmark had just 90 days to complete the stunning transformation from two adjoining private suites to Spago in time for the 2017 BNP Paribas Open.
It is the preeminent dining option in Stadium 1, and like Nobu in Stadium 2, mixes world-class dining with world-class tennis.

Challenges

The time frame was a huge challenge for this project. We only had 90 days to combine two private suites to create Spago. The drawings were released 2 months ahead of the tournament. The schedule was incredibly tight and the restaurant needed to be up to Wolfgang Puck standards.

Results

  • A world-class dining experience that offers the best in California cuisine.
  • 100 seats overlooking the center court.
  • The best dining option that stadium 1 has to offer. Combines world-class dining with world-class tennis.
