With the Holiday Season quickly approaching, the priority to break ground on the shovel ready projects in our backlog increases. If being the CEO/Founder of Watkins Landmark for 18 years (as well as another dozen years in the construction industry) has taught me anything, it’s that if a project doesn’t start before Thanksgiving, there is the proverbial snowball’s chance in hell it will start before New Years.
